About Image Resizer
Resizing changes the pixel dimensions of the whole image. It preserves the visible composition, but entering a different aspect ratio stretches the picture. Increasing dimensions cannot recover missing detail.

Does resizing crop the image?
No. The full image is fitted to your chosen dimensions. Use the cropper to remove edges.
How do I avoid distortion?
Multiply both original dimensions by the same factor. For example, 1200 × 800 becomes 600 × 400.
Will a larger image look sharper?
Enlarging adds interpolated pixels; it does not restore detail absent from the original.
Is file size guaranteed?
No. Pixel dimensions and encoded file size are different. Use the size reducer for a byte-size target.
